We will show you how to iterate on your MVP to include customer feedback, without having to code. You can do all of this without needing to hire expensive software engineers and without spending months building your app from scratch.

Program preparation

To prepare for the Dittofi App Launch Program we recommend you do the following:

1. Read “How to successfully design, build and launch your MVP“
2. Draw out a basic set of screens for your MVP. You can do this in PowerPoint or Google Slides – as a good ballpark, your app should be no more than 10 – 15 screens

Program structure

The program is broken down into eight sessions of two hours each spread over four to eight weeks. The design of the program is to get 10 attendees to build and launch their MVP in the eight sessions. Each group of 10 startups is trained by one of our experienced instructors. We also give each group a slack channel that you can use to communicate and ask questions of your instructor and other course attendees throughout the program.

Launching, iterating and scaling your MVP

When you have finished the Startup App Launch Program, you will have launched your MVP to a target set of clients.
